- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a standard pricing list. We have shopped around with all our competitors and we have come up with a price list that is very competitive and pocket friendly. The price we quote, is the price you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we call the customer to get a better understanding of the problem. Next, if we have the expertise to fix the problem we will give a quote over the phone. If this is agreed upon by the customer we obtain the address for repairs. Last, we schedule an appointment time and stay in contact with the customer as to any deviation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5 years experience in the field. Prior to opening our own business we worked for another garage door company in the area.
