FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing model for what I do simply because every project is so different and individual in their own way. it's hard to set a standardized pricing system on something with so many variables involved. Pricing is based on costs of materials and amount of labor and time involved in completing a project. Materials are always what the customer decides to utilize and their cost changes depending on the quality, my labor all depends on the amount of time I have to invest in a project and how much attention to detail the project will require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer face to face on site of the project so I can get an accurate picture and idea of the spectrum of work involved. I like to see what they want done, how they want it done, and where they want it done. This gives me the ability to see and address any issues or obstacles we may face during the project. it also gives me the ability to take accurate measurements and discuss different options with the customer so that I may provide an accurate estimate for the project and eliminate the need for any guess work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in business management which has taught me how to manage and operate a small business. All my training in this industry is hands on experience and has been learned over the course of 20 years of practical application and actually building and constructing amazing pieces of art and architecture.
