Huge shout out to Kory from TruPeak. If you are looking for a reliable, professional contractor, look no further. Kory came out promptly to look at my rental rehab project and provided a timely, detailed and professional estimate. What I appreciated most upfront was his willingness to work with me on various line items—offering an "à la carte" approach so we could customize the options to fit my exact scope and budget.
His communication throughout the project was flawless. He kept me updated daily on when he’d be on site, exactly what he’d be working on, and on the rare occasion he was held up, he proactively reached out with an accurate ETA. Kory is a true professional who charges reasonable, fair rates without overcharging. He brings years of deep construction experience to the table and competently knocked out my rehab project with great attention to detail. He was able to finish what others couldn't. He showed up others didn't.
On top of his skill, he runs a legitimate business—wrapped truck, full set of tools, website, branded shirts, dedicated work line, and proper insurance. It’s rare to find a contractor who pairs elite trade skills with excellent business ethics.

Kory did such an incredible job on our kitchen and en-suite bathroom. He exceeded my expectations! He was punctual, practical, and really made my kitchen look and feel incredible. A bonus: he custom made our hood vent and was able to help me determine what to do with the gap between the cabinets/hood vent - we went with custom maple floating shelves, which he did himself! Will be using him for future renovations!

My home is beautiful. The construction team did a great job on my exterior, a new modern kitchen with butler pantry . I asked for a customer fire place and Kory built it exactly the way I wanted it to look . Everything was done in a timely manner. I felt very comfortable with the entire process . They were very professional, honest , and thoughtful enough to clean up after each days work .

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and finish work including kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, painting, trim, flooring, cabinetry, and repairs. My background comes from working in the field daily and learning proper installation methods through real-world experience.
