I have been in the maintenance/construction business for 22 years. I strive for quality work and perfection. I am a very detailed worker to ensure nothing gets missed. Height limit 12’ **NOT A ROOFER OR GUTTER GUY** **NOT AN APPLIANCE REPAIRMAN** although I can replace the heating element on dryers.
