I had hired Ben for a few things to prep for incoming tenants, but as I learned of his knowledge and skill level, the list of things grew. From completing the walls and flooring in a bonus room, to refinishing the base of a shower, patching drywall holes from hanging items, to rekeying locks, etc., he was a tremendous help with excellent quality.
