Tristen was exceptional. He was able to repair a wall and fix two shower heads. He was efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We felt comfortable with him and trusted him to do the work right. We will definitely use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All larger jobs are quoted, but smaller projects can be done over the phone. Typically I have a two hour minimum but am willing to work with you on pricing depending on the job. I always attempt to quote worst case scenario and give a discount when I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to me for a free estimate or quote! I will get details from you on the project, big or small, and give you a price or quote. If you like the pricing, we will schedule a time that works with your schedule and get your project done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in business and entrepreneurship. I have been doing residential and commercial projects and maintenance for the past 6 years. I work with multiple contractors and different companies across the industry. If I cannot complete the job, I know someone who will be able to.
