Ivan is an incredible talent. He can repair and re-model anything. We started working with him and wanted two days of repairs. His work was such perfection that we kept him working here for two weeks. My home is perfectly restored and ready to list without hiring seven different companies to complete the various aspects of the work. He did flooring, floorboards, built steps, painted walls and trim, and replaced light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. I can’t say enough how pleased I am. He actually cleans after he finishes the job!
