Fantastic experience working with Ivan! He is working his way through my long list of items. He is honest, skilled, professional, punctual, and friendly. He has already saved me significant money solving problems in creative, efficient, and inexpensive ways— where other companies would have charged me an arm and a leg. From repairing my deck to fixing my disposal to hanging blinds to solving plumbing problems… he really is an exceptional general handyman. There were a few technical conversations that required translation. That took an additional minute thanks to technology. I appreciate he will say if there is something he is not comfortable doing. I am looking forward to working with Ivan in the coming months as I get my house read to sell. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend IVAN for a variety of Handyman services. He is undoubtedly the best handyman I have ever hired. Not only does he do an excellent job at a reasonable rate, he is an honest, hard-working man interested only in doing the best job for you. If he can’t do a particular task, he will tell you up front. Without question, I will hire him again when I need more work done.
