It was an amazing experience! I was in a pinch to get a broken dishwasher replaced and installed within hours of family flying in from out of town to visit. Perfectly Imperfect responded to my frantic plea for help within minutes and that afternoon was there to do the installation! What a blessing it all came together with just enough time to clean up my kitchen and go to the airport to pick up my family! Super reasonable, professional, neat and put my mind at ease. I will call them first anytime I need help with an appliance.

Philly is amazing! I had a bunch of random repairs I needed done around my house before I put it up for rent (plumbing, drywall holes, installation of closet doors, bathroom mirror, and decorative wall panels). He was up front and honest with what projects he can do for me vs what I can do myself (to save me money!). Communication was impeccable and easy. Definitely will be calling Perfectly Imperfect up again for future home repairs!
