I recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International in Colorado Springs, owned by the incredible Rick Webster. My experience with this company was nothing short of exceptional, and I feel compelled to share my story.
Moving into a new house is both exciting and daunting, and I faced a significant challenge when I had to remove a defective gas fireplace that left a gaping subfloor in the middle of my living and dining areas. With my moving truck scheduled to arrive the next day, my concerns grew as I realized the urgency of getting the floor done without risking any damage to my belongings.
In a moment of desperation, I reached out to Floor Coverings International, not expecting a positive response given the short notice and it being a weekend. However, to my astonishment, Rick, the owner, promptly arranged for one of his skilled professionals, Jacob, to come and assess the situation. This level of responsiveness and dedication from Rick and his team was simply remarkable.
Upon Jacob's arrival, it became evident that the job was far more complex than initially anticipated. Instead of taking shortcuts or compromising on quality, Jacob went above and beyond to ensure the floor was done right. Despite his already busy schedule, he made a special trip to my house and painstakingly removed at least 500 square feet of planks to prepare the floor for completion the following morning.
I have never encountered a company that matched my level of urgency and concern like Floor Coverings International did. Their genuine commitment to helping me, their flexibility, and their willingness to go the extra mile left me in awe. It is with utmost enthusiasm that I wholeheartedly recommend this company. From now on, they will be the only flooring company I recommend to others.

I can’t say enough how amazing our experience was with Rick! So kind and informative! Made time in his schedule to come give us an estimate over the weekend! Also, was very honest with what the best route would be in regards to what we were looking for and hoping to get done. You can truly tell he prides himself on honor and honesty because rather than do what we were initially requesting, knowing as a professional it wouldn’t have the outcome we were hoping for, he gave us advice that as to to what would be the best route for our situation. I cannot say enough, how amazing our experience was and how grateful we were for him! Absolutely recommend him!! Above and beyond!
