We've used HFS twice, once for carpet and once for hardwoods. The entire process was wonderful from working with Kelley and Kimberly in the selection and scheduling to the installation team - it was stress free. The finished product looks great. I highly recommend HFS.

The floors are beautiful. The floors had many stains, but HFS got all of them out. They even got into the corners.
They also moved my furniture out to the garage and then back in the house. They covered doors and shelves and chandeliers to protect them from damage. They thought of everything.
I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Hardwood Flooring Specialist. From the first call to them (Jessica) and to James coming out to give me an estimate and the workers installing my new flooring was an excellent experience. I had a bad experience with Carpet One who may have a good selection but cannot deliver.However, James moved my project along very quickly and it was done quickly and excellently. The team at Hardwood Flooring Specialist kept me in the loop of everything (great communication). The guys installed the floor and were very clean, polite, and professional. Definitely when replacing my carpeting with hardwood flooring, Hardwood Flooring Specialist is the company I am using. They have proved to be a trustworthy company that does follow-up to make sure everything was done correctly and no issues. I highly recommend them and a big thanks to James for getting my project done quickly so I could finish my renovations.

Kelly was amazing. We moved into a home built in 2015. Had a box in the basement so we knew the manufacturer, model and color. Even contacted the manufacturer directly as well as regional rep to se if any was available as it was discontinued in 2022. No luck/no help. Contacted local flooring store and brought in a sample. Kelly found out that manufacturer although no longer made the model with the hand scraped finish, had same wood and same color and grain just not hand scraped. As all we were trying to do is a small office/bedroom on the first floor (the rest of the 1st floor is hardwood or tile) we did not think youd notice. This was a small job but Kelly treated it like any job. Product took two weeks to arrive and her installer was excellent and fast. Done in half day and cleaned up after himself. Wed use Kelly again. Highly recommended. If you live in Castle Pines/Castle Rock or the surrounding areas. Look no further. Best in class service and a pleasure to do business with.

We just finished up our second project using Hardwood flooring specialist and they never disappoint!Kelley and her team of professionals came in and did a fantastic job in our basement, we had LVP & carpet, from start to finish they were superb.. look no further!
