Bryan is the best!! Found Spectrum on Thumbtack and after chatting with Bryan I knew they were the company to go with. He was so knowledgeable and laid out options I hadn’t even considered with our hardwood and carpet job. After making all of our selections, we had Bryan’s team do the work on our rental house while we were out of town. We felt 100% comfortable and informed the whole time. Bryan checked in with us on progress, sent photos and kept us up to speed. Our hardwood floors are MIND BLOWING after 7 years of abuse. Plus, Spectrum has a great warranty. Hire them!! They are fantastic!

We used Spectrum Hardwood INC to remove our engineered hardwood flooring and replace them with LVP. Dylan was our first pint of contact and he came out next day and did measurements and gave us a quote. We couldnt deny the awesome pricing so we signed the contract and they came out the following Monday 3/27/23. Chris was the guy who came out to actually do the work. He got here Monday morning and went to work. He ripped all of the flooring up (which we were told would be a job by itself) and started to install the new flooring same day!!! He left at 5 PM and said hed be back the next morning. Like clockwork he was here and got everything finished before 4PM the second day. He ripped the floors up, removed and replaced the baseboards- which he also touched up for us as well as our cabinets, put down new flooring and transition strips and reconnected our fridge water lines for us. Chris was the absolute best weve ever come in contact with!!! Weve never had flooring done like this, just our basement but thats all carpet. Not only did they give a great price, they also have a 5 year warranty which is really what sold us on these guys. Their professionalism and customer service was outstanding!!! We 100000/10 would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their floors done.

Fantastic company. I am a perfectionist. They are extreme perfectionists. Not to overstate, these guys are fun and trustworthy, and I don't trust anyone.I lucked out to find this company. I didn't know anyone in the business. Bryan came over and I fell in love with this special Richard. The owner, Dylan, is so nice and knowledgeable. They're all quite special. Their work is impeccable. They cared.I do all of my own work except floors, concrete, and drywall. I've never recommended a company more than them.Dylan, let's have lunch sometime and I will be nice. We used Dylan's crew with Spectrum to clean up a mess created by another company, Obrien's Carpet One, who was recommended by our insurance. Dylan and his crew, Pedro and Angel, were great to work with in refinishing our hardwood floors and installing new baseboards. They were very upfront about the whole process and our costs outside of insurance. They listened to what we wanted and worked in upgrading our baseboards at a small extra cost. Once they sanded the floors, they put down several of our selected color choices so we could see it actually on the floor to pick the stain we liked best. Their finished product was night and day over the previous company's "finished" product. Do yourself a favor if going thru an insurance claim and give these guys a call instead of going with a preferred provider. They were all very professional, courteous, and actually cared about the customer service experience. I 100% will call Spectrum for any future flooring needs and highly recommend you do the same!

We were very pleased with the quality work of the Spectrum Hardwoods team. They did a great job installing our hardwood flooring ensuring enough curing and acclimation time occurred. Dylan, Bryan, Chris and crew took pride in their work and craftmanship. Kudos to Dave who worked hard sanding and creating the final touches for our hardwood flooring guiding us to a good finish choice. The LVP, likewise, turned out great.
