Matthew Flemr says, "Used WireNut for the first time. I sent an online inquiry about having a comprehensive electrical and safety inspection at my home. I did this on the weekend and received a call early on Monday morning. The customer service provided on the phone was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised with the pricing for the inspections. Our service technician was named.Kamal. He was very courteous and gave excellent communication and service. He serviced and inspected our furnace and air conditioner. After he had completed his inspections and work, he explained everything that he checked and even showed me several pictures of what he was able to clean. We have had HVAC companies in the past service our Systems but Ive never taken the time to explain things or show us pictures. Kamal Had a few items that he recommended we have maintenance completed on. This is always the scary part. Kamal Presented the information without any pressure and let me know that it was my decision if and when we decided to have the maintenance work done. I did research the pricing for each item. He went over after he left. For my research, some of the pricing seemed a bit high and other parts aligned with what I found online as average pricing. Again, there was no pressure. Overall, my experience was excellent with WireNut! They have a very Fairly priced membership, which includes four different inspections annually. Plumbing, electrical HVAC-furnace and air conditioner. I will stick with them for at least these inspections as a service is excellent."See more

Joni Shepherd says, "It pays to research HVAC companies when in need! Jesse was quick to respond and answered all my questions. We had been quoted an astronomical price to replace our furnace by a big 5-Star company with all the bells and whistles. We were about to pay over $1000 more for a high-efficiency furnace, plus about $1000/hr labor by a company who charged that just because they make themselves sound better than other companies. I suppose big companies have to charge a lot to pay for their huge staff and fancy marketing. I called at least 5 more 5-Star companies and got a range of prices. Jesse went the extra mile to give me not only a reasonable estimate WITHOUT price-gauging, but he was honest about things other companies never mentioned. TactiVac is a smaller company who, while professional, treated us more like friends than a business transaction. I don't think Jesse would have been kinder and more honest with his own mother! Jesse and Josh were both knowledgeable and down to earth. They explained that a high efficiency unit wouldn't really save us enough money in monthly bills to be worth the higher price. High efficiency units also break down a lot quicker, and we would be replacing that much sooner than a regular unit. The unit we had was a dinosaur but still ran well. We had paid for a "maintenance" plan with the big fancy pants company, and upon inspection, they "discovered" a crack inside the heat exchanger and said that ended their inspection and the unit needed to be replaced ASAP as it may be leaking CO2. Another company also said they found a crack but checked and found no CO2 leaking. I don't appreciate scare tactics! TactiVac said there was no such crack as was proven when it was removed. We decided to replace it anyway as it was over 40 years old and didn't want to end up without heat on a freezing night. Josh and Jesse did as good a job or better than companies with hundreds of 5-Star reviews while being very honest, personable, and kind in the process, from estimate to finish! No surprise extra charges, and they took precautions to not track dirt in the house by wearing booties and laying down floor covers. They cleaned up after themselves well too. They also offered us BETTER WARRANTIES AND FOLLOW-UP SERVICE than any other company we called. We didn't just get a new furnace at an affordable price; we gained two new trustworthy friends, full of personality and warmth! We can't recommend them HIGHLY ENOUGH!"See more
