I was selling my home here in Colorado springs and called custom maintenance experts. I initially just wanted to have the house cleaned but then I learned that they could clean the house and replace my light switch covers and outlet covers. They were old and dingy. My home was sparkling and looked like the day I bought it! Thanks to them I got ASKING PRICE for my home!! My house just looked exceptional. They helped me set it up for staging! My baseboards looked sparkling clean. I now get weekly cleanings from them at my new home!

The initial communication with Leslie was quick and clear. The cleaning was thoroughly and very sincerely done. Certain things like door and carpets took longer than expected but they hadn't been deep cleaned in a while so it was ok. It's hard work and can be tiring but Leslie made sure that the quality was up to par and made sure I was ok with it before wrapping up. Very hardworking and professional. Thank you,!
