- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SCHEDULES & CANCELLATION FEES Effective February 20, 2022, all bookings will be made with a $30 non-refundable deposit only. If the schedule is maintained, the amount may be deducted from the final price of the service. ORGANIZING PROJECTS The first consultation visit is for a fee of $30. If the service is scheduled, the fee will be deducted from the final price of the project. For organization projects, products are usually not included in the initial budget, as each project is unique and special. And each customer has different needs and priorities. But I offer suggestions and options for organizing products, such as hangers, boxes, baskets, etc., according to the needs of the project, and of course, the preference and budget of each client. CLEANING SERVICES Not included: Moving furniture; Fold and store clothes and shoes; Washing and storing dishes. Cleaning will be done in all areas that are possible to reach and when appropriate. In order to offer the best service to you and your family, I ask that you collect items such as toys; clothes, shoes and any other items that might interfere with cleaning. If you have pets, please keep them in the area that will not be cleaned or in cages for everyone's safety. We really appreciate it. All cleaning products are provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer, I usually schedule a first visit for a estimate. So we can get to know each other and, also, for me to get to know the place and the client's needs better. If it is not possible to visit before, photos are also accepted, but the final quote will be confirmed on the day of the appointment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I created Happy Home with a simple name, but with a great mission: to serve and help make my clients' homes even more beautiful, organized and with a cozy atmosphere, so that they can feel happy.
