- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Don't pay for what you don't need. If you don't need us to clean all the rooms in your home, just choose our Priority Clean - where we focus on the areas of your home that you select. We offer fully customizable packages in order to meet our client's price point and needs. For example, many busy professional's favor a custom package such as Kitchen, Bathroom, and Floors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a detailed process in which we get to know the client, their family, their home, and last but not least, we get to know the client's peeves. Extra emphasis is made to make sure MaidPro is a perfect fit for all of our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our PRO's receive 23 hours of initial training via MaidPro University which includes cleaning, safety, security procedures, customer service, White Glove Certification, etc; ongoing training throughout throughout the lifecycle of their employment here at MaidPro CoS; and undergo routine/unscheduled quality assurance checks to ensure continued growth. We take advantage of any and every opportunity to learn about anything that will improve our ability to provide the best service possible for our customers. We are actively involved as members of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARSCI) and participate/lead workshops and Tiger Teams with both ARSCI members and other MaidPro franchisees.
