Heater was out for about a week. We tried every DIY technique. Chris from Bruno's was friendly and extremely educated in this field. He troubleshooter a few issues it could have been and after about 4 different ideas, our heater kicked on! My 3 year old tried to hang all over him but Chris was kind to him. Amanda the owner kept in contact with me all day. Great service!! Thank you again! 5 stars.

My expectations were not met by this company and an effort to resolve /remedy the situation was presented at my cost. The reason I hired or requested a professional complete the work is because I wanted it done correctly.
I have made a terrible mistake in accepting their quote without a written statement of work. The fan is not mounted using the required brackets and is suspended using drywall anchors.
I have a hole in the ceiling that I need to get repaired and correct this fan installation. Bruno's did not demonstrate an ability or competence in the installation of a bathroom fan.
Summary there are three issues that I now need to resolve:
1. Hole in the ceiling
2. Incorrect fan duct size
3. Incorrectly installed bathroom fan (No mounting bracket used, anchored to drywall)
I am hoping that Thumbtack can help me get this resolved, but with the way the project was worded that probably won't happen.

I apologize if you were not completely satisfied with the installation. I am a little surprised, just because the last time you called our office regarding some of these issues, you had accepted a discount on your total install price and indicated to us that because we gave you the discount, you were planning to make the changes you wanted to bring the bathroom fan up to your satisfaction.
I also apologize if my technician did not communicate well to you the fact that the new fan you bought was larger than the old fan...thus necessitating the large hole be cut in your ceiling.
We did offer suggestions for covering up the larger hole - including purchasing a larger fan grille - but you indicated you didn't want to purchase that from us.
Unfortunately, we only quoted you labor for this project...no materials.
