- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have pricing packages for both in person and virtual design. Design fees generally range from $700 to $3,500 in these packages. Intrepid can also provide an hourly rate for smaller projects or design consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with clients on my standard packages takes 30-45 business days. -Discovery phone call or meeting in person -A proposal is provided for each room discussed -Client signs the proposal and pays the retainer I then provide design deliverables based on the following tiers: Styling Package: 1 Hour Consultation Discussion of design ideas, lifestyle, tastes, and options Consultation summary and mood board Styling or finish placement plan Design presentation Room Curation Package: (Everything in the styling package) + Measurement of your room Color scheme selection Selection package of furniture and lighting fixtures Fabric samples when available Ready-made window treatments Floor plan with furniture placement Procurement, ordering and tracking No Demo Reno Package: (everything in the room curation package) + Scanning and 3D Model of Room (1) Rendering + (2) Revisions Selection Package of hardware, plumbing fixtures, and finishes (tile, wallcovering, flooring, countertops, etc.) Custom Window Treatments Custom Furniture Material Samples Finish and fixture placement plan Full estimate of specified materials Detailed design documents to hand to your contractor, including floorplans, elevations, and design details Remodeling Package: (everything from the no demo reno package) + Scanning and 3D Model of Room (1) Rendering + (2) Revisions Selection Package of hardware, plumbing fixtures, and finishes (tile, wallcovering, flooring, countertops, etc.) Custom Window Treatments Custom Furniture Material Samples Finish and fixture placement plan Full estimate of specified materials Detailed design documents to hand to your contractor, including floor plans, elevations, and design details
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. (Rated #1 in the United States for graduate school). My graduate thesis focused on how interior design can help prevent disease.
