FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We sit on the upper end of pricing. We’re not outrageously expensive, but the quality, speed, customer satisfaction guarantee, and full attention to you and your project - means we cost a little more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The bid - I come by your home and we chat for awhile about exactly what your vision is. We’ll talk about colors, accents, finishes. If you’re uncertain of what you want I’ll help guide you through the process until we nail down exactly what’ll make you happiest. The price - I’ll measure your home (or project), I’ll give you a rough idea of the cost of labor and material. I’ll then get a perfected proposal out to via email that same day or the next. The work - if all goes well for both of us we’ll nail down a start date. I’ll put my top of the industry guys on the project and we start to roll the ball. The perfection - no matter the amount of work we don’t leave your job for any reason until it’s complete with your 100% satisfaction. I’ll do a walk around at the end of the job so we can look for imperfections together. The important thing - all that matters is that you’re 100% happy with the project. Whatever it takes to get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of painting experience myself. My crews combine another 100 years on top of that.
