• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I price efficiently and I work efficiently. I do not have any hidden fees or discounts what you see is what you get.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Explaining the process and assuring them that they will be taken care of properly, presenting them with insurance and identification, and reminding them of Thumbtack Pro vets their workers Always have a written, signed contract, explaining all the details of the job

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I’m a certified lead inspector otherwise that I’ve learned everything from all the different painters I’ve worked with. There’s nothing like 40 years of hands-on training.
