- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible depending on the size and scope of your project, as I know every project is unique in its own way and deserves pricing to reflect that. Depending on the overall price of the project, I will charge a down payment percentage. I do offer a 5% military and student discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would like to communicate with the customer to get a general idea of the type of work needed, and find out whether or not all of the materials will be provided. After that I would like to arrange a walkthrough to get a more accurate estimate, and try and work with the budget that you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education and experience I have that relates to the work I do, is three plus years of learning various trades and skills from various mentors who spent 10+ years in the industry. My mentors provides me with the knowledge and real world experience to complete a variety different types of jobs.
