- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At RH Custom Painting our pricing is hardly ever the least expensive, and at the same time the most. Our price is a fair price based upon the job and the many years of experience we have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The owner of RH Custom Painting also does all of his work along with his crew. This enabling him to write the estimate, follow up, color samples if needed and work beginning to completion on the project. Always in full contact with the home or business owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psychology which is completely unrelated to the work I do. However if you have any issues you'd like to discuss during the project feel free to do so! Haha! I would say the aspect of being "hands on" for the last 13 years has given me the experience, skills and knowledge needed to complete the project in a professional manner.
