- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to provide for the lowest cost alternative and work from there to add what our customers want with their project. Estimating is all about listening to the customer and providing a quote for exactly what they want and are asking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and look at a project to provide a free estimate in a fast and friendly professional manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend product seminars and training from trade shows, other professionals in the industry, and wholesalers. We keep up with new methods, tools, products, and generally keep updated as to industry standards and on-going changes, although sometimes an "old school" approach is utilized.
