I contacted Lazo to level part of my yard to place a shed. The price they quoted was perfect as well as their quality of work. I immediately asked if they could install two fences. Again, their work was great and they went above and beyond with customer service. I have a few more projects in the summer that I will definitely use them on.

I don't hand out 5 stars. Most people are, well, average (3 stars). Mario and his crew are far above average. He quickly responded to my request, and then showed up on time to look at my project. He is friendly, gave a few suggestions, but never once tried to sell me more than I wanted. His quote was reasonable, without being so low as to be suspicious. But a darned sight cheaper than others I received. Mario told me when he could start, without trying to balance my job with others; I got his full attention when he said he could begin. The work was superb. He tore out old landscaping and broke up and removed old driveway, then installed new mulch, rock of a couple different sizes, and poured a new concrete driveway and walkway. Neighbors came over and told me how impressed they are with the new look. I intend to call Mario for my next project in a couple months.

So, the rain literally put a damper on things. Our job was small, less than 2000sqft of sod, so it got delayed a few days. But they communicated with us and gave updated options for install. Mario and his crew go there on time and got to work early. The job was all done in one day, with topsoil and tilling included. Luwanna, Mario's wife, was very kind to my kids. The job was well done, on time, and within the stated budget - about $1 per sq ft. If we need other projects done in our small yard, we'll call them back.

Mario and his wife are an outstanding team. They were not pushy and paid attention to everything I wanted. Everything was done on time and to perfection. I was updated every step of the way from start to finish. He is my first choice for any future or present jobs that I need. A MUST HIRE!!!!!
