I hired J&R to clean up the leaves around my yard (mini-forest, really) and I cant say enough great things about Jack!! He quickly responded to my initial inquiry and promptly provided me with a reasonable quote for the work. Jack arrived on-time, as scheduled, and even sent me a message to let me know that he was on his way. When the scope of the job ended up being larger than anticipated, Jack provided an updated quote upfront and he arranged for a timely follow-up visit to complete the remainder of the work. To my pleasant surprise, Jack was able to return a day earlier than expected and I'm beyond happy with all of his hard work on the fall clean-up around my yard/forest. I was highly impressed with Jack's professionalism, work ethic, and responsiveness. I would strongly recommend J&R for any of your yard-related needs!!
