Introduction: My name is James Montemayor, and I am a 23-year-old engineering student, working my way through school. I have been providing lawn care services for two years now and have over 8 years of experience. My services entail property landscaping, floriculture, mowing, edging, weeding, and general lawn care maintenance as required at the client's request. I also offer winterization for home plumbing, aeration, and all other preparatory measures for the upcoming winter months as well as winter maintenance. I work at a very efficient rate, and my typical jobs take me an hour or less.
