Is your life on autopilot? If so, I can help! My name is Chris and my life was forever altered in 1997, when my sister Jenny was killed in a horrible car accident. It was then that I realized just how little control we really have of anyone else's thoughts, actions or decisions. I have lived my life every day since, with a laser focus on helping others understand themselves and unlock their unlimited potential. In over 25 years in business settings and in my personal life, I have had the privilege of assisting many people overcome adversity, learn and implement new life skills, achieve their career goals and soar to new heights they thought were impossible. My mission through Life Coaching is to assist you in discovering who you are, what it means to be your authentic self, develop strategies to accomplish your goals, and become the best version of YOU! In the 14 years that I've known Chris, few have shown me a better example of friendship and leadership than Chris. He was my boss first and we got along instantly while showing no favoritism to me, correcting me when correction was due while not going out of his way to do so. His professionalism comes just as easily as his kindness and patience. There was a recent time that we went a few years without much interaction (not due to a single event or moment, just because as we get older, sometimes distance takes its toll and life gets in the way) and when we reconnected, he was just as I remembered him to be- kind, patient, and understanding while not being judgmental. He's an example of what a coach should be- direct, calm, kind, and respectful.
