Introduction: O'grady's brand of moving services are unique in that our care of your goods is our first concern and our experience in the industry helps us to provide that top notch service in a very timely manner. The idea that for some reason I am meant to help people in this way and people pay a lot for the furniture they have and sometimes really need to have it moved without loosing it's value and without having to pay as much as it's worth to get it done. I like being able to do that for them.

I hired OGradys Moving through Uhaul at the beginning of October. I hired 2 people for 2 hours plus an hourly fee after that. An older gentleman and younger man came to do the moving. Immediately the older gentleman started complaining as he walked in. He said it wouldnt fit in the Uhaul (it did). He took several breaks even chatting with the lawn guys downstairs. I found out later that it was his second job and his health wasnt good, so then he shouldnt have been sent on this job. They broke two items, both reported on the invoice. When I called to report the broken items I was told to purchase them and then I would be reimbursed. When I called the second time I was told the actual protocol which included writing a letter and documenting costs. I send everything in for the first time on October 30 for a total reimbursement of 173.42. I heard nothing. I followed up November 11, still nothing. I followed up again on December 6 and have still yet to be reimbursed. This is no way to run a business. I expect people to take responsibility for losses caused by their employees and that did not happen.
