Nancy did the best job ever. I went back over a decade and she cleared everything up for me did all the paperwork correctly advise me of what to expect made sure I had everything I needed and was so pleasant and so kind and so knowledgeable that five stars is not enough for her. If you're thinking about filing for bankruptcy do not pass her up she will make sure things are done right and in a timely manner. She is a great resource she is very intelligent and she gets things done the way they're supposed to be done the first time. Thanks Nancy you were a lifesaver

Nanci is very organized and is well versed in the paperwork process. Her knowledge of the BK process put my mind at ease since I was filing pro se. The decision to file bankruptcy was difficult for me and she was very understanding which is important when dealing with clients who have had to make this kind of decision. I would refer Nanci to anyone electing to do a pro se bankruptcy.

I have a general set amount for basic Divorce and Bankruptcy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to understand the needs and concerns of my new customer. If there are limitations that need to be addressed, different communication needs, I am available to speak with or text, email,mail, whatever is best for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Bankruptcy Petition Preparer since 2009. I have been a Paralegal since 2012. I have earned my Paralegal Certificate 2012, Associates in Paralegal Studies February 2016 and Bachelors in Legal Studies March 2017.
