- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general set amount for basic Divorce and Bankruptcy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to understand the needs and concerns of my new customer. If there are limitations that need to be addressed, different communication needs, I am available to speak with or text, email,mail, whatever is best for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Bankruptcy Petition Preparer since 2009. I have been a Paralegal since 2012. I have earned my Paralegal Certificate 2012, Associates in Paralegal Studies February 2016 and Bachelors in Legal Studies March 2017.
