With a more holistic approach than most trainers have, you will not only feel better physically, but mentally as well. Helping clients realize they are stronger than they ever imagined. Seeing a client reach a goal and the happiness it brings them. We all have a different story and I love learning about each client and helping them reach their personal goals.

I have know Daniel for a number of years now. I have seen him go through every phyisical change Over weight, lean to over weight then back to in shape again. From when he was working out and still eating Viva La French Toast. But then he got is diet in check. So he has been though it all. So he knows where your coming from. On top of having dealt wth it all personally he then on top of that has gained expert experience and knowledge on the subject and is truely a master of his craft. He has helped me get into the best shape of me life. He will push you but it is worth the push if you listen to what he tells you. You will have great results. I will personally recommend him to anyone looking to better themselves.

This coach is awesome! Daniel has enabled and educated me in losing weight, keeping the weight off for several years and also coached me through rehab of two hip replacements! I had been at the gym for a year with no results in weight loss and after working one on one with Daniel I lost weight, increased endurance, strength, balance and had healthier eating habits. Daniel understands fears and concerns. His understanding of how the body works is amazing. He has the right balance of pushing one just enough but not too much. I completely trusted him with my hip rehabs. He is ethical and responsible. I do live a life of activity; hiking, snow skiing, a physical job and of course working out!

I have worked with Daniel O'Brien as my personal trainer now for almost three years. He is unfailingly kind, patient, and understanding. He has helped me to lose more than 100 pounds safely, and to become a more physically fit person while doing it. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone who is looking to improve their level of fitness!

Daniel has been so amazing! He helped me really start gaining a healthy perspective on exercise and nutrition. He taught me to really listen to my body and to know when to push. He is an excellent trainer and I am so thankful I got to train with him!

Have you ever felt like you were in a rut? That was me five years ago, then I met Daniel he was always positive was always pushing himself always striving for more & I knew I wanted & will always want that! I have worked with Daniel both professionally & personally & the drive to always be successful is like his motto, he wants nothing but the best for his family, friends & clients!     Constantly reading new articles related to the health and fitness world. I continuously read (and re-read) good books to stay fresh. I love going to seminars to further increase my knowledge as well.
