Very happy with Madison’s Mutts. I took a week long vacation and Madison took care of my three pets and stayed at the house overnights so that they had company for long durations. She asked questions if something was unclear, was prompt in communications, on time for visits, and sent pictures while pet sitting to make our family feel better about how our pets were doing.

Madison is professional and punctual. The first meet and greet she came to our home. Madison is knowledgeable about dogs, their breeds, and cognizant if the animal and her are a good match. Our fur baby now considers Madison another one of her humans in her circle. We trust Madison as she stayed at our home with our pup while we were on family vacation. She takes necessary precautions for safety for our fur baby and herself. I would recommend 100% to hire Madison for watching your loved fur baby.

Madison took excellent care of our small Maltese for two weeks while we were in Europe. Our dog is very shy and anxious and boarding her is not an option. Having Madison stay overnight in our home and care for our dog with 2 walks a day was perfect. Our dog was happy and healthy upon our return. The house was left in great shape as well. I can recommend Madison without reservation. She provided great service and sent us daily updates with photos. She's great!

Madison is one of the sweetest souls we know! Not only is she professional, highly motivated and knows her stuff about pet care, but she is also down-to-earth (easy to get along with)! Her kind, genuine heart was a perfect match for our 4yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback, Philly.
Madison did a wonderful job as she stayed with Philly while she stayed in our home, as we traveled out of town for a long weekend recently. She communicated super well and sent pics and asked questions as she was learning our sweet boy’s personality and funny quirks. She seemed to care and genuinely enjoy her time with Philly. That in itself was the best part and truly put our hearts at ease knowing Philly was in great care!
A trusting, reliable pet sitter is SO hard to find but we certainly hit the jack pot with Madison! In fact, we’ve already asked her for two more weeks with Philly this summer as we go on misc. travels and vacations.

Madison was great!!! I have 3 dogs that are not always the easiest to deal with, 2 Great Danes and a Shepard mix. She spent a week with them and was no worse for the ware and even agreed to babysit them again! They are not easy, one is on 6 medications for arthritis and another one has an autoimmune disorder and his nose keeps bleeding. When we got back there was no evidence of him bleeding anywhere, although I know he did, but she went out of her way to clean everything up before we arrived home. We will use her many times to come.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices I have listed on my page are starting prices. Things like multiple pets, drive time, etc, will be factored into the final price.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Speak to multiple candidates. Make sure you are getting someone who can accommodate your needs and that you will work well with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I highly encourage a customer to know exactly what kind of care they are seeking for their pet and to communicate that with me to make sure we are on the same page.
Customers should know:
1. How long they need care
2. How often (will I be staying overnight, or do you want multiple check ins during the day?)
3. Are they any additions? (medication dispensing, walks)
4. How many animals (my base rates are typically for 1-3 animals, price does increase from there)
PLEASE NOTE: Prices listed are starting prices. For example, the flat rate for an overnight is $55 a night for 1-3 animals NOT including walks. This rate is also for 10-12 hours. If multiple visits are required in addition to the 10-12 hours, price will be adjusted accordingly.
