Introduction: I do things a little different than other photographers. I want to make sure that you can do whatever you want with YOUR photos, that is why I give the printing rights away. I believe that you should be able to print, share and enjoy your photos however you like! I love to interact with all kinds of people and try to truly capture their personality in every photograph I take. Everyone has something unique to offer and it's my job to bring that out in each of my clients.

Kate took extended family pictures for us on the CSU campus. She was working with our family of 7 adults and 3 children under 6. We loved the whole experience and the end result of beautiful pictures. Kate had great ideas of how to arrange a large family nicely. She also kept the kids smiling and laughing with nice "tricks up her sleeve". We didn't feel rushed at all, but we're able to take the time to change locations within the campus and different groupings within our family. After a few weeks, Kate gave each family a Zip drive with not all, but most of the pictures taken, all edited. It's so worth it to have great family pictures to cherish from a great photographer!

Katy did our family photo shoot one beautiful fall day and the photos turned out so well! They were vibrant and beautiful, but most importantly, the represented the personalities of each of us so well! She caught the real vibe of who we all are and I treasure all of them. I'd recommend Kate Creative for family photo shoots as well as commercial shoots.

Katie was absolutely amazing. She was the most affordable photographer that we could find. I was honestly nervous about how the pictures would turn out. They ended up bringing tears to my eyes. Best wedding photographer I have seen yet! If you go with anyone else, you are wasting your money.

Katy took pictures for us the day I shaved my head during cancer treatment. She did a wonderful job of documenting the event. Her pictures show joy, compassion and the difficulty as well as some very thoughtful ideas of how to tell the story of the 6 heads being shaved that day. Her pictures easily take me back to that time with happy memories. I would definitely recommend Kate Creative for any time you would like to "hold the memories" for the future

I try to learn from other experts in my area and glean from their wisdom.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked many jobs over the years, but photography has always been the passion calling me home. I am a BIG people person, so what better way to be creative and get to know people then photography!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love to work with families. No matter if they are little kids or teenagers, I think I have a talent for bringing out each persons personality. I must admit though, couples and engagement photography is my absolute favorite because I never get tired of seeing a couple in love.
