- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because my service area is quite large, the cost of the tuning varies depending on where you live. The average for the basic tuning package is $190. Basic Tuning (2 hours): what this usually means is a one pass tuning plus something else. As always, I will discuss the options/pricing before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the piano’s condition and then discuss with the customer what needs to be done. I usually ask if there’s anything they’d like me to do with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
