Jeffrey is extremely knowledgeable about pianos. Besides tuning, there were several other things that needed adjusting and he showed/explained each one before fixing. My piano now sounds and works like it should. Also he was very punctual. I will hire him again when my piano needs tuning next year.

Jeffrey not only tuned my piano but took the time to educate me about its care and upkeep, and what repairs he would recommend based on the age of my piano and relative financial feasibility. He did a great job and my cats loved him. Thanks Jeffrey!

Jeff worked very carefully to restore my antique piano to be play worthy. Jeff explained what he was examining and options to be considered. I am very pleased with his work and the results. Jeff’s pricing was quite reasonable, especially considering his level of professionalism.

Jeffrey took the time to explain things about my piano I had no idea about. He not only explained things, he showed me. I will certainly use Jeffrey in the future and recommend you to give him at try.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because my service area is quite large, the cost of the tuning varies depending on where you live. The average for the basic tuning package is $190.
Basic Tuning (2 hours): what this usually means is a one pass tuning plus something else.
As always, I will discuss the options/pricing before work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess the piano’s condition and then discuss with the customer what needs to be done. I usually ask if there’s anything they’d like me to do with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor’s in Piano Performance from San Francisco Conservatory of Music
