Crystal Pines Property Management Team at Keller Williams Clients Choice will take care of you and your property! Our management fee is 10% of the monthly rent and our Leasing fee is a flat $400.00. We understand single family home owners and real estate investors because we are investment property owners too. We manage quality homes with quality tenants!
