We are not the cheapest option in town or the most best expensive. What are is the best value. Our fees are transparently listed out in one section near the top of our Property Management Agreement so there are no surprises and no hidden fees.

You can expect to start working with our onboarding team immediately. This starts with a google questionnaire so we have all the details and facts we need to know in order ensure a successful management experience. We also offer a free, one-on-one demo our property management software so you can quickly navigate to find the information you're looking for, 24/7/365.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company owner, Colin Smith, is not just licensed in real estate for services of property management, buying and selling, he is also a licensed Professional Engineer and General Contractor in Colorado. This level of education and background gives Solid Rock Realty a massive edge in the marketplace ensuring your property is taken care of and maintenance expenses are minimized to avoid extra "investigative maintenance billing".
