Ed and his team exceeded my expectations in repairing my gate. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and they maintained clear, proactive communication throughout the entire project.
Previously, my gate swung inward and had been trimmed at the bottom, resulting in an uneven appearance just so that it can open. Ed’s team reconfigured the gate to swing outward with the sidewalk and ensured it aligned seamlessly with the rest of the fence, creating a much more cohesive look. They also took extra care to conceal the exterior hinges, enhancing the overall aesthetic. (See before and after photos.)
Prior to working with Ed, I hired another contractor who changed the project scope without consulting me and only disclosed the changes at the end—while still expecting full payment. In contrast, Ed made sure I was fully informed and in agreement with any modifications along the way. I truly appreciate the integrity and transparency he brought to the project. I highly recommend ECL!
