Construction were the first to respond from Thumbtack. Trevor and his assistant Stephanie came by the house promptly to give us an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable (and it kept me off a ladder). Since this was a small job he was able to fit us in between bigger jobs. Both of them were VERY personable and professional. Both went above and beyond for the repair. Would highly recommend this firm.

Trevor was very helpful in fixing parts of our roof that was initially noted after a house inspection from buying our first home. He even noticed other fixes that were not noted by the inspector and gave us a heads up of those fixes for the down the road as he noted they were not major fixes that needed addressing now. He explained why he recommended certain fixes with pictures. He was nice and professional. He took before and after pictures which was also great for seeing the big improvements he did on the roof!! When he looked at the attic some insulation fell onto the floor and he made sure to clean it up before leaving that space, something small but something a lot of people do not do. Everything he did was great, and I would recommend him to anyone!
