I offer customized lessons to match your learning style, with vocabulary targeted to your interests. I'm a retired high school teacher with 24 years of classroom experience and several years of teaching adult clients, I'm credentialed by the State of Colorado, and I'm skilled in the most effective, research-based learning practices. I can work with almost any schedule. My students rave about my positive, creative, and professional learning environment. Anyone CAN LEARN a foreign language, with the right teacher! It should be easy, fun, and personalized to keep you motivated and engaged... that's what I do! I've traveled to French-, Spanish-, and German-speaking countries, and love to share cultural insights for business and tourist travelers. I love encouraging others! I'm enthralled by the joy of learning, sharing my expertise with foreign languages, and seeing my students excel quickly. Since I use a variety of materials, I prefer teaching out of my home, in NE Springs. I charge $35/hour and a one-time fee of $10 to cover copying costs and my Thumbtack fees.
