FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet you and see the problem you’re having first. It’s so helpful to understand the problem you’ve witnessed, by walking your yard and asking questions. Then, depending on the scope of the work, I will write up a proposal that moment or that day to clearly lay out what investment a solution will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is always ongoing, but I was trained under a certified plumber for four years at Sprinklers Inc. Also, Sprinklers Inc. continually had meetings and trainings where we could discuss problems we encountered and learn how to solve them. Last week I attended a water management class by C.S. Utilities, and learned more about effective water delivery. The best trainer has been the high number of irrigation systems I’ve worked on in my time at Sprinklers Inc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began working irrigation 5 years ago with Sprinklers Inc. Starting out as a helping hand, and moved up to taking my own appointments and servicing irrigation systems all over El Paso county. The ease by which irrigation systems can waste water has become the most common problem I like to help people understand. Not only is water expensive in El Paso county, but it’s absolutely vital to life itself.
