What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most personal returns range from $95-$250 depending on complexity. Business returns (including sole-proprietors reported on your personal return) range from $250-$415.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have mutually agreed to work together, I will request your email address so I can send you an invitation to our secure online client portal for you to upload your documents to. Once I receive notification that your documents have been uploaded, I will begin working on preparing your tax return within the next 24 hours. Any questions or missing information will be communicated to you by email within 48 hours or beginning your tax return.
