I am a small, local business servicing Colorado Springs that specializes in residential tile installation and interior remodeling. I pride myself on listening to your needs, working with you on design, and providing you with impeccable craftsmanship. I perform all work that's being completed so that you can trust that your home will be remodeled correctly and responsibly. I also help with design - from providing drawings to giving advice on finish selection - to make your job easier. Lastly, I apply a superior attention to detail and craftsmanship in my work so that you know that your installation will both look great and last. I also offer a 5-year workmanship warranty. I take great satisfaction in maintaining a knowledge of and applying installation materials and methods on the market. I like to be detail-oriented while I create your custom remodel. Lee did a fantastic job throughout the project. He made sure to explain all aspects of the project and offered options when asked, communicated throughout the duration of the job, was punctual AND completed a beautiful tile floor and shower. I will absolutely call Lee for future projects.

Lee stepped in to finish a project for me where my original contractor became ill and unable to finish. He out-performed my original guy and was able to accomplish the entire remodel which included a complete bath remodel (including demo), flooring, trim (including paint), ship-lap wall, drywall, re-installation of a poorly installed pantry cabinet, barn doors and hardware, recessed lighting, re-texturing ceilings, troubleshooting of previously installed non-functional wall outlet. Lee is easy to work with and communicates well (something not done with my previous contractor). Above all takes pride in doing it right.

Fantastic experience with Lee. He did a beautiful, fast and thorough job in our bathroom with wonky old floors. We never even met in person and he executed the job perfectly, suggesting a better, more durable tile that ended up saving us money. He was a pleasure to work with, prompt, communicative and charged a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to hire Lee again for any other tile jobs!

Lee performed a complete kitchen remodel and master bathroom remodel. We were above happy with Lee’s work. Lee is precise, meticulous, patient, and a perfectionist about his work. We have scheduled him for another big job starting in August.

My services include free estimates in the Colorado Springs area, and assistance with finish selection and design. I provide you with a detailed contract prior to starting work for you so that we can discuss any changes to the original scope before beginning them.

I like to get an idea of your personal taste and how you use your space. The spaces in your home can be a reflection of your lifestyle, and I want to construct them to your needs.
