- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give a discount to single mothers and new homeowners. We have had to start charging a fee if you are looking to specifically gain a consultation letter for your HOA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally set up free estimates in person and like to give our time and attention to the health of the trees and the desires of the customer. Then we send an estimate via email or text. Once we have a confirmation, we’ll work with you to schedule the job.
