- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Final pricing is typically determined following a site survey to assess the scope and specific requirements of the project. However, discounts may be available if the customer provides their own equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – We start with a quick conversation (call, text, or email) to understand what you're looking for—TV mounting, speaker installs, home theater setup, etc. Site Survey or Photos – We’ll either schedule a free site visit or ask for photos of the space. This helps us assess wall types, wiring needs, and overall layout. Estimate & Options – Based on the survey, we provide a clear estimate. If you’re supplying your own equipment, we’ll factor that in and apply any available discounts. Scheduling – Once the quote is approved, we’ll schedule the installation at a time that works best for you—often within a few days. Installation Day – We show up on time, complete the install with precision, and make sure everything is clean, secure, and optimized. Walkthrough & Testing – Before we leave, we walk you through the setup, test all equipment, and answer any questions. Follow-Up Support – We’re always available for post-install help or upgrades. Your satisfaction is our priority!

I’ve worked in the commercial AV installation industry for several years, handling everything from large-scale speaker systems to complex TV mounting and wiring setups.
