- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote for the project. Some projects are big and some are small. We work hard to ensure our clients are comfortable with the investment they make, and even harder on the product they commission.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different. Different needs, goals, and preferences. We like to get to know each client a little bit before we decide to work together to guarantee we are a good fit for them and they us. Then we get into the goods. We take a lot of care and time into not only discovering the story they wish to tell, but also the best way of telling it through the screen. No matter if it's a film, commercial, music video, web ad, or anything in-between, we are a one stop shop for digital production services. And we LOVE what we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several technical certificates from a state college, and over 18 years of on set experience.
