Introduction: I can teach you a solid technique that will improve your range and strengthen you so you can sing any style of music. I have been working with all voice types and all ages for many years and, though my technique is basically classical, I am open and encouraging in all types of music. My background is opera, but I am delighted to work with you and find what suits your voice the best. I know the joys of singing and I want others to achieve their full potential! Armour is incredibly skilled at helping you get to a place where you began to understand the how and why you show up in the world with your voice. It almost feels like psychotherapy sometimes, and I can feel myself growing into and unearthing a stronger more secure voice. She is most excellent for any level of singer, specifically if you are interested in learning classical technique (which is applicable, no matter what type of singer you wish to be). She is kind, approachable, and will let you know where you need to do extra work.

Armour and her guitarist, Ryan, arrived on time and set up in my living room. The song, O, Holy Night, was a Christmas gift for my husband. She sang beautifully and at the end of the song when she hit the high notes, my dog, Pebbles, tried to sing along :) Armour, my husband and I thank you so much!

I have a discussion with you about your musical goals and background. I also want to know what kind of learner you are, visual, structural, conceptual, and I try to tailor my methods to your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Voice Performance from the University of Denver and many years of performing in the the US and abroad.
