Dimitar was very professional. He was able to solve a "fit" problem in the water heater closet in my older home - new water heaters are larger than the old one. He finished the install quickly, checked all the safety features, insured I knew how to operate the new valves and pilot light and left everything clean. Excellent! 10/10 would recommend. Typical European work ethics that we grew up with. Not one bad thing to say about them. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I will be calling them for all my hearing and cooling needs. 25-30% cheaper than the competitors, with the same, if not better, service as The Big Guys. They were at my house 3 hours after I called them, with the work done in 1.5 hrs (bad water heater, installed).

In a message to me he stated he was licensed (copy here): my name is Doug with DMJ Construction and Services. I am a certified, licensed and insured appliance technician and available to install your new water heater. When I tried to look up his license by his business name or his personal name with the city there were no results. So I then asked what name his license is under & he's never replied in 4 days. No response to me means he was lying about being licensed!
