Reached out to Hydro Heroes to install a shower wand in a basement remodel. The original install had the shower valve up against a stud and in a very awkward spot. Jessica was a pleasure to deal with, was able to provide a very reasonable and accurate quote based on photos and a few clarifying questions. Communication from scheduling to confirmation and billing was very responsive and seamless. Ray (the master plumber) was awesome as well. He dealt with the all the cutting and rerouting the pipes with ease and did an amazing job. He even addressed an existing drip. I wish I had hired Hydro Heroes to do the original plumbing on the bathroom! Thanks Jessica and Ray - highest recommendation!
