- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some times sadly, a couple gets what they pay for, this is a special day for uou snd your spouse. Even though my quotes are resonable, I work diligently to give couple's great day. Remember, your most memorable day can become a nightmare by being too fruggle. I have two rates: hourly and flat rate, many time when doing a wedding it is better to do a flat rate because things can change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First over the phone then we meet in person before the wedding or funeral
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Masters in Christian Psychology, a Doctorate in Ministry as well as a licensed Chaplin. Besides that, I am always always looking at ways of self improvement with some form of higher learning.
