Rebecca did wedding/honeymoon photo sessions for me and my husband. She came to visit me for the first time in my hometown of Portland Oregon she was just coming out for a vacation originally then I told her we wanted to get married during her visit. I asked if she would be our photographer for the occasion and she more than accommodated us. She did both outdoor and indoor photography for me and my husband, inside of the county courthouse and outside at a nearby park, followed by photography inside a restaurant with our wedding party. She made something so simple and quick as a courthouse wedding special and memorable with the photos she took of us. She made me feel special and beautiful and made an impromptu wedding come together with the way she coordinated the shots with us and our wedding party. She had lots of ideas for us and any pose we were uncomfortable with she quickly adjusted her plan.Our families were not able to attend unfortunately;although these photos can't replace having them there at our wedding sharing these photos with them made them feel like they were there with us. You can truly see the love we have for each other in her photos. The next day we headed to the beach and the sun was going down and it was a bit cold, we were a bit uncomfortable with the weather but she was patient and understanding. You would never know how cold it was by looking at the photos, she had ideas for intimate yet relaxed poses and they turned out even better than expected. I loved her commitment when it came to a shot at one point she even kneeled in the wet sand in her jeans! I was very pleased with her professionalism yet down to earth attitude that let us be ourselves and relax which made for great photos. She is very passionate about her work, and it shows in the details. Like the simple placement of a hand on a shoulder or a little smile, she she knew what would make the best photos. She truly captured the special moments on our wedding day and our honeymoon. The photos turned out great and both my husband and I will cherish them forever. Thanks Rebecca!

Rebecca did a great job taking pictures of our newborn son. She was patient during the shoot with the many feedings, and also with our other son. The pictures came out great and we will definitely be hiring her again.

Rebecca did a Senior photo shoot. She was willing to go to two locations, worked around outfit changes and weather. Not only did she make my daughter feel comfortable but she got to know my daughter. My daughters personality shone through in the photos. Rebecca's professionalism can't be beat for the price.

Rebecca was great! I needed a photographer last minute and I contacted her the day of! She helped suggest a beautiful park to take the photos and was very professional throughout the whole shoot! Her price for the two hour shoot was very reasonable and my FiancÃ© and I are so thankful she stepped up for the job! We had booked a different photographer but he backed out at the last minute, Rebecca definitely saved the day! All in all, Rebecca was great and I will definitely use her in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are listed on my website, however I am also open to customizing the packages for my clients to better suit them and their needs. Sometimes they don't want as long of a session, but instead would like a photo book added on, and yes there are ala-carte options available for that!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers will get a complimentary consultation with me to discuss all of the details of their session. It is so important to me that I get to know all of my wonderful clients so that I can personalize every aspect of their session to make it as special and meaningful to them as possible. My goal in all of my photo shoots is to portray everyone's unique personalities and life stories with the photos. I want the photos to feel like THEM and not be just ordinary poses that feel forced. This is why I take individual time to construct and plan all of my photo shoots and I also incorporate the needs and wishes of my clients so that it is fun for everyone!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After High School, I decided to forward my education in Photography and I am continuing to take classes on my spare time to stay current with the techniques and trends within the field. There is always so much to learn and it is constantly changing!
