They were so responsive when we needed a glass replacement, with a quick turnaround. Within days our windows were ordered and in less than 2 weeks they were installed. Everyone we spoke with and met through the process was super professional, efficient and helpful. Wild definitely recommend!

Very pleased with replacements as well as jobs performed! Love their communication system between client and service professionals that are scheduled to arrive. Very effective and easy to work with.One minor confusion with a size of door sent, but they corrected it and made it back within 2 weeks for installation!!

Review for Lightning GlassworksHave you checked the price of window replacement? Im sure you know most windows are uber-expensive. When one of my Andersen windows sash quit working on one side (!) I couldnt close my window after cleaning it. I was fortunate to find Lightning Glassworks, who actually fixes other companies windows!! It took many phone calls to other companies whose policies didnt allow them to do that. So I was happy to find out that Lightning DOES do that. Someone came out to look it over and give me an estimate and was kind enough to rearrange the top and bottom sections to keep the majority of cold winter air out. Waiting for manufacturer parts was the worst of the repair, but was no fault of Lightning. The appointment was kept in the 3 hour window and it was fixed in a reasonable time. The technician, Brody, even cleaned my new window inside and out. The window works better than it has in quite awhile, and I saved money on replacement! If I have another Andersen or other brand of window break, Ill go ahead and get replacement quotes from Lightning also because they gave very good service.
