A few years back, when I needed to have some custom tile work done in a kitchen and bathroom in our home in Colorado Springs, I asked neighbors and friends if they could refer someone to me. Steve's name was mentioned by a trusted friend who had hired him for tile work and was very pleased with the crafted end result - Steve had also been referred to him by a friend. Besides doing excellent work - we couldn't of been happier with the beautiful outcome of the project - he was also very personable and professional. Also I've in turn have referred him to others and have heard nothing but "thank you's " and positive feedback of the finished work.

Saltillo tile is very difficult to work with. We had some damaged tiles which needed replaced. Was right on time for appointment; earlier estimate was right on target (no surprises); work done in timely manner. No one would ever know we had tile damage. This owner has done lots of tile work for us in the past. He is a true professional and a real asset!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are comparing Apples to Apples, before choosing a Contractor. Not everybody uses the same installation methods . (materials/etc.) Therefore, you will have differences in estimated cost. But most of all, longevity of the resulting work !
